§ 1.12.060 ADDITIONAL ABATEMENT PROCEDURES.
   The provisions of this chapter are not exclusive, and shall not preclude the city from instituting appropriate action to restrain, correct, or abate a violation of the code, except as precluded by law. Issuance or disposition of a notice of civil infraction shall not limit or preclude any other action of proceeding pursuant to another ordinance of the city.
