A. Procedure.
1. When a member of the public body is unable to attend a meeting and desires to participate in the meeting by telephone, video, or internet conference, the member shall be permitted to do so provided the member gives the City Clerk, or designee, notice of inability to be present at the meeting at least 24 hours prior to that meeting.
2. The notice of the meeting and the agenda shall include language advising that 1 or more public body members may be participating by remote conferencing.
3. Facilities will be used at the meeting to permit the public to observe and hear all telephone, video, or internet communications.
4. The minutes of the meeting shall indicate which members are present in person and which are present by remote conferencing.
