§ 2.04.560 AFFIRMATIVE MAJORITY VOTE REQUIRED.
   An affirmative majority vote of the Council shall be necessary to pass an ordinance, resolution, motion or any other proposition, except as otherwise specified in this code, city ordinance, or Arizona Revised Statutes.
