§ 2.04.260 AGENDA COMPILATION.
   The order of business of each regular meeting shall be as contained in the agenda prepared by the City Clerk. The agenda shall be a listing by topic of subjects to be considered by the Council. The City Clerk shall collect all written reports, communications, ordinances, resolutions, contracts and other documents to be submitted to the Council, and shall furnish each Council member, the Mayor and the staff involved with a copy of the agenda, and any material pertinent thereto, on or before a time fixed by the Council, or at least 24 hours preceding the meeting to which it pertains.
