§ 2.04.120 MEETINGS AND MINUTES TO BE PUBLIC.
   All official meetings of the Council shall be open to the public and conducted pursuant to the provisions of A.R.S. §§ 38-431 through 38-431.03, as amended. The minutes of proceedings shall be open to public inspection.
