§ 2.04.090 SPECIAL MEETINGS.
   A special meeting of the City Council may be scheduled as requested in accordance with § 2.04.280 or by the City Manager, by notifying the members of the Council and the public of the special meeting in accordance with the Arizona Open Meeting law.
