§ 2.04.030 MAYOR AND COUNCIL MEMBERS-DATE FOR ASSUMING DUTIES OF OFFICE.
   The Mayor and Council members shall assume the duties of office at the second regularly scheduled Council meeting in November following the general election at which, or effective as of the date of which, the Mayor and Council members were elected.
