§ 1.12.020 DUTY TO ENFORCE THE CODE.
   It is the duty of the Code Official and Police Department to enforce the provisions of the code. No provisions or term contained in this chapter shall impose any duty upon the city or any of its officers or employees that would subject them to damages in a civil action.
