A. Noise Zone I: All single, double and multiple-family residential structures or property.
B. Noise Zone II: All commercial and mixed use properties.
C. Noise Zone III: All manufacturing or industrial properties.
D. The following noise standards, unless otherwise specifically indicated, shall apply to all property with a designated noise zone:

E. It is unlawful for any person at any location within the city or its extraterritorial jurisdiction to create any noise or to suffer, allow or permit the creation of any noise on property owned, leased, occupied or otherwise controlled by such person, which causes the noise level on any property to exceed the noise standards as a measured average over any 5 minute period of measurement, or the noise standard plus 10 dB(A) at any time.
F. Holidays include New Year's Day, New Year's Eve, St. Patrick's Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
