A. All related costs to provide and/or extend necessary utility and transportation services shall be the sole responsibility of the successful bidder.
B. The proposed use of the property must be in conformance with the underlying zoning district standards.
C. Subdivision of a property will be allowed. The subdivision must meet minimum standards set forth in Chapter 13 of this code.
D. Partial purchase of parcels will be prohibited. Parcels will be allowed to be combined with adjoining existing lots through the lot combination process.
