A. The property is not necessary for the implementation of any adopted, or pending, service master plan including, but not limited to water, sewer, transportation, or parks and open space.
B. The property is recommended for possible sale by the City Manager and approved for sale by the City Council.
C. Revenues generated from the sale of public property shall be designated for Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) or purchase of property for municipal purposes.
