§ 154.001 STATUTORY AUTHORIZATION.
   This chapter is adopted pursuant to the authorization and policies contained in M.S. Chapter 103G, as it may be amended from time to time, Minn. Rules, Parts 6120.2500-6120.3900, and the planning and zoning enabling legislation in M.S. Chapter 462, as it may be amended from time to time.
