§ 153.098 REMOVAL OF FLOODPLAIN DESIGNATION.
   The floodplain designation on the official floodplain zoning district map shall not be removed unless the area is filled to an elevation at or above the RFPE, is contiguous to lands outside of the floodplain, and FEMA has issued a letter of map amendment.
