§ 153.079 DNR NOTIFICATION OF VARIANCE HEARING.
   The Board shall submit by mail to the Commissioner of Natural Resources a copy of the notice and application for proposed variance at least ten days prior to the hearing. A copy of all decisions granting a variance shall be forwarded by mail to the Commissioner of Natural Resources within ten days of that action.
