§ 153.076 FACTS AND FINDINGS REQUIRED.
   (A)   In the granting of a variance, the Board of Adjustment shall clearly identify in writing the facts and findings it considered when reaching its decision.
   (B)   A variance may only be granted if the facts demonstrate that the following conditions exist:
      (1)   The circumstances are unique to the specific property. A property owner has demonstrated a hardship or practical difficulty complying with the official controls that is unique to the specific property; and
      (2)   The variances is in harmony with official controls. That the facts and findings must demonstrate that the variance will be in harmony with the official controls and not contrary to the public interest, or intent of this chapter.
