§ 153.007 WARNING OF DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY.

This chapter does not imply that areas outside of the Floodplain District or land uses permitted within those districts will be free from flooding and flood damages. This chapter shall not create liability on the part of the city, or any officer or employee thereof, for any flood damages that result from reliance on this chapter or any administrative decisions lawfully made thereunder.
