No new, or existing structure, or land shall hereafter be used, located, extended, converted or structurally altered without being in full compliance with this chapter and other applicable regulations which apply to uses within the jurisdiction of this chapter. Within the Floodplain District, all uses not listed as permitted uses in §§ 153.030 and 153.031 are prohibited.
