§ 152.02 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   BUSINESS SIGN. A sign which advertises the business, commodity, service or entertainment offered upon the same zoning lot upon which the sign is located.
   ELEVATED HIGHWAY. A state or federal highway which is elevated by the use of fill or bridging at least five feet above the ground of adjacent properties.
   OFF-PREMISES SIGN. A sign advertising a business, commodity, service or entertainment conducted, sold or offered elsewhere other than upon the zoning lot where the sign is maintained.
