§ 131.07 VIOLATIONS.

Any minor violating the provision of this chapter shall be dealt with in accordance with the Juvenile Court law and procedures. Any parent, guardian, custodian or other adult person having the care and custody of a minor violating this chapter shall, after previously being notified under § 131.06 be fined as prescribed in § 10.99.
