§ 131.04 EXCEPTIONS.
   This chapter shall not apply to minors in the following situations:
   (A)   When a minor is participating in any activity during curfew hours when accompanied by a parent, guardian or custodian;
   (B)   When a minor is engaged in employment activities;
   (C)   When a minor is participating or attending supervised activities sponsored by a school, civic, religious or other public organization;
   (D)   When a minor is engaged in the activity of interstate travel;
   (E)   When a minor is on a public sidewalk or other public place abutting their parent’s residence;
   (F)   When a minor has been emancipated, and by law is no longer considered to be a minor;
   (G)   When a minor is involved in an emergency; or
   (H)   When a minor is exercising his or her First Amendment rights as protected by the United States and Minnesota Constitutions, such as the free exercise of religion, freedom of speech and the right of assembly.
