§ 112.12 BINGO.
   (A)   License requirement. Unless exempt from M.S. § 349.19, as it may be amended from time to time, no organization shall operate a bingo game within the city without having issued to it a bingo license.
   (B)   License fees. License fees for all licenses required in this section shall be adopted, and from time to time amended and revised, by resolution of the Council, which resolution, bearing the effective date thereof, shall be kept on file in the office of the City Administrator and open to public inspection. The fees when so adopted shall be uniformly enforced.
   (C)   License year. The license shall expire on December 31 next after the date of issue.
   (D)   Application procedure. Application for a license shall be made to the Council upon forms prepared by the City Administrator for that purpose. No person shall make a false representation in an application. The Council shall act upon the application within 180 days from the date of application, but shall not issue a license until at least 30 days after the date of application.
   (E)   Fidelity bond. No bingo license shall be issued until the bingo manager gives the fidelity bond required by M.S. § 349.17, Subd. 7, as it may be amended from time to time.
