(A) Fees. License fees for all licenses required in this section shall be adopted and, from time to time amended and revised, by resolution of the Council, which resolution, bearing the effective date thereof, shall be kept on file in the office of the City Administrator and open to public inspection. The fees when so adopted shall be uniformly enforced.
(B) Application procedure. Application for a license shall be made upon a form prescribed by the Council. No person shall make a false representation in an application. The Council shall act upon the application within 180 days from the date of application, but shall not issue a license until at least 30 days after the date of application.
