(A) A license shall be issued only to a fraternal, religious or veterans organization, or any corporation, fund, foundation, trust or association organized for exclusively scientific, literary, charitable, educational or artistic purposes, or for the purpose of making contributions to or for the use of the United States of America, the state or any of its political subdivisions for exclusively public purposes, or any club which is organized and operated exclusively for pleasure or recreation, or other non-profitable purposes, if no part of the net income of any such organization, corporation, fund, foundation, trust, association or club insures to the benefit of any private member, stockholder or individual.
(B) The organization must have been in existence for at least three years and shall have at least ten active members as defined in M.S. § 349.12, Subd. 2, as it may be amended from time to time.
