(A) The provisions of M.S. Chapter 349, as it may be amended from time to time, relating to the definition of terms, licensing and restrictions of gambling are adopted and made a part of this chapter as if set out in full.
(B) Amendments made pursuant to legislation to the chapter shall also be incorporated and adopted herein without further action.
