§ 111.12 HOURS OF SALE.
   (A)   3.2% malt liquor, on-sale or off-sale. 
      (1)   No sale of 3.2% malt liquor, whether on-sale or off-sale, may be made at the following times:
         (a)   Between 1:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. on the days of Monday through Saturday;
         (b)   Between 1:00 a.m. and 12:00 noon on Sunday; or
         (c)   Between 8:00 p.m. on December 24 and 8:00 a.m. on December 25.
      (2)   However, sale of 3.2% malt liquor made by a licensee possessing an intoxicating liquor license shall conform with the hours of sale established for the style of intoxicating liquor license possessed by the licensee.
   (B)   Intoxicating liquor, on-sale. No sale of intoxicating liquor at on-sale may be made at the following times:
      (1)   Between 1:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. on the days of Monday through Saturday;
      (2)   After 1:00 a.m. on Sundays; or
      (3)   Between 8:00 p.m. on December 24 and 8:00 a.m. on December 25.
   (C)   Intoxicating liquor, off-sale. No sale of alcoholic beverages may be made by an off-sale licensee at the following times:
      (1)   Before 8:00 a.m.;
      (2)   After 10:00 p.m.;
      (3)   On Thanksgiving day;
      (4)   On Christmas day; December 25; or
      (5)   After 8:00 p.m. on Christmas Eve, December 24.
   (D)   Sundays, restaurants.
      (1)   Sunday on-sale liquor. Notwithstanding other provisions of this chapter, special on-sale licenses for the sale of intoxicating liquor on Sunday shall be issued only to restaurants.
      (2)   Restaurant. RESTAURANT means an establishment, other than a hotel, under the control of a single proprietor or manager, where meals are regularly prepared on the premises and served at tables to the public.
      (3)   Hours. No intoxicating liquor shall be sold after 1:00 a.m. on Sunday, except restaurants having a special Sunday on-sale liquor license may serve intoxicating liquor between the hours of 10:00 a.m. on Sunday and 1:00 a.m. on Monday.
      (4)   License fee. Special Sunday on-sale liquor licenses may be issued by the City Council for a period of one year for a license fee of $200. The special license may be revoked by the Council for cause.
      (5)   Application. All other provisions of this chapter not inconsistent with the provisions of this section shall apply to the issuance and use of special Sunday on-sale liquor licenses.
