§ 111.11 LIABILITY INSURANCE.
   When liability insurance is required in this chapter, each applicant, upon filing his or her application for license under this chapter, shall file with the City Administrator a liability insurance policy, which shall meet minimum coverage policy limits in an amount determined by resolution of the City Council from time to time, but which in no event shall be an amount less than that amount required by M.S. § 340A.409, as it may be amended from time to time.
