§ 98.03 ABANDONED VEHICLES.
   (A)   No person shall abandon any vehicle upon any public street, alley, public parking or public land within the city.
   (B)   Any abandoned vehicle may be removed and dealt with as provided under the provision of M.S. Ch. 168B as amended or under any successor statutory chapter.
