(A) It is unlawful for any person to swim or wade in, or to travel in any boat or other flotation device in any park, except in areas designated for those purposes.
(B) It is unlawful for any person to walk, ice skate or otherwise traverse upon the frozen surface of a body of water in any park where it has been sign-posted that the frozen surface is unsafe.
