(A) It is unlawful for any person to operate, ride in or on, or control the operation of any motor vehicle/all-terrain vehicle, motorcycle or snowmobile in any park except on paths or roadways specifically designated for that use, and in any event motor vehicles shall not be operated in Robinson Park between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. This does not refer to the docking of boats, pontoons or canoes at designated areas.
(B) It is unlawful for the owner or legal possessor of any vehicle described in this section to knowingly allow another to operate the vehicle in any park.
