It is unlawful for any person to:
(A) Hunt, molest, harm, frighten, kill, trap, chase, tease, shoot or throw missiles at any animal or bird in any park or public place or within 100 feet thereof;
(B) To remove or have in possession any nest, eggs or young of any animal or bird in the park, or found nesting within 100 feet of any park or public land;
(C) To give, offer, feed or attempt to give or feed, any animal or bird in any park or public land, or within 100 feet thereof, any harmful or noxious substance;
(D) To pick, cut or otherwise harm or destroy the natural grasses, reeds or other plant life providing habitat for wild animals or birds in or around any park or public land;
(E) To allow or permit any dog or cat within any park except dogs assisting visually impaired persons or dogs accessing or utilizing the “dog park area” of Jaycee Park; or
(F) Damage, cut, carve, transplant or remove any tree or plant, or injure the bark, or pick the flowers or seeds, of any tree or plant. A person shall not dig in or otherwise disturb grass areas, or in any other way injure or impair the natural beauty or usefulness of any park.
