This section shall establish the use of the city docks, including the floating fishing dock, in the boat landing area of Robinson Park.
(A) Persons, other than those using watercraft using the docks, shall yield the right-of-way to watercraft users both during the unloading, docking and loading of watercraft; users of watercraft shall use the docks on a first-come first-serve basis.
(B) The parking of watercraft on the docks shall be limited to five minutes.
(C) No swimming or diving is allowed off the docks, including the floating fishing dock.
(D) No use of bicycles, skate boards, roller blades or other similar equipment is allowed on the docks.
(E) Persons using the docks are to respect the rights of those around them.
(F) Persons using the docks in a manner endangering those around them will be asked to leave the area.
