(A) Any person violating the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction, shall be punished by § 10.99.
(B) In addition to any penalty provided under division (A) above, the City and Fire or Police Departments may seek reimbursement of any costs, either through restitution in a criminal proceeding or in a separate civil proceeding, that are incurred as a result of the violation of this chapter or enforcement of this chapter.
