§ 91.04 CONDITIONS OF LOT AND SPACE PURCHASE.

All lot and space agreements are subject to reasonable rules and regulations as the City Council may adopt relative to the use of the cemetery. No lot or space shall be used for any purpose other than the burial of human remains and the placing of memorials as permitted by this chapter or any additional regulation that the City Council may provide.
