§ 73.06 AUTHORITY.
   (A)   The issuing authority for the permit shall be the City Administrator of the city.
   (B)   The City Administrator may designate the Chief of the Police Department, or his or her designee, of the city as the investigating entity to determine whether the permittee may safely operate a motorized golf cart.
   (C)   The City Administrator may require, as a condition of obtaining a permit, that the applicant submit a certificate signed by a physician that the applicant is able to safely operate a motorized golf cart on the roadways designated.
