(A) The provisions of § 72.03 relating to the operation of bicycles on roadways are applicable to the operation and the parking of motorized bicycles and mopeds.
(B) No person shall operate a motorized bicycle or moped upon a sidewalk at any time, except when the operation is necessary for the most direct access to a roadway from a driveway, alley or building.
(C) Every motorized bicycle or moped shall be subject to the same requirements as to lighting and brake equipment as applied to motorcycles as determined by state statute passed under the laws of the state.
