§ 52.05 CAPITAL EQUIPMENT REPLACEMENT FUND.
   The authority hereby establishes a Capital Equipment Replacement Fund for the purposes of providing funds to purchase capital equipment for replacement, as planned and budgeted in the Capital Equipment Improvements Program. See § 52.32. For the purposes of municipal and cost accounting records, this fund is designated as an Expenditure Account.
