The authority hereby establishes a Sewer Service Fund, whereby all revenue collected from users as defined in § 52.01, will be deposited for disbursements into the Operations and Maintenance Fund, Capital Equipment Replacement and the Debt Service Retirement Fund. For the purposes of municipal and cost accounting records, the fund is designated as an Income Account.
