§ 51.01 DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   COMMERCIAL GARBAGE OR REFUSE. Any garbage or refuse from any business or service establishment such as stores, restaurants, nursing homes, hotels, rooming houses, gasoline service stations, churches, schools and other business establishments.
   GARBAGE OR OTHER REFUSE. Waste paper, tin cans, bottles, old rags and clothing, vegetable matter, kitchen refuse, grass clippings, hedge trimmings, dead animals or any substance injurious to life or health. Such items as refrigerators, stoves, washing machines, old furniture, automobiles, tree trucks and stumps, old lumber and similar large items will not be considered refuse to be picked up by the regular refuse collector without special prior arrangements with the collector.
   HOUSEHOLD. A single-family dwelling or single apartment unit including apartment unit or units in commercial or industrial buildings.
   INDUSTRIAL GARBAGE OR REFUSE. Any garbage or refuse from any manufacturing plants, store houses and warehouses.
