Electric, water, sewer and refuse collection service charges shall be billed on one bill as applicable to each account. All charges for electric, water, sewer and refuse collection services shall be due upon receipt and considered delinquent after the last day of the month in which the bills are sent. All bills shall contain the title, address and telephone number of the official in charge of billing; the title, address and phone number shall be clearly visible and easily readable. Bills shall be mailed to the customers on or before the sixteenth day of each month of each year and specify the electric and water consumed and charges, the sewer charges and the refuse collection charges in accordance with the current fee schedules set by resolution of the city and Lake Crystal Municipal Utilities.
