(A) In the event that the city through its agents shall issue a notice to correct deficiency when a violation of this chapter is noted, the violator shall have a period of 45 days from the date of notice of the deficiency by the city to conduct any necessary changes or adjustments to correct the deficiency.
(B) In the event the correction is not accomplished within the 45-day period, the city without any additional notice may take necessary steps to terminate utility services including water, electricity, either or both to the address deemed in violation of this subchapter.
