It is unlawful to discharge any roof water, ground water or natural precipitation into the sanitary sewage system maintained by the city. The direct or indirect input of the water above described is unlawful and shall include placement of water into the sewage system via sump pump, drain tile connection, discharge directly from eaves troughs, or any other fashion.
