§ 31.059 OPERATION.
   (A)   The rules of operation of the Lake Crystal Cemetery shall be set by city ordinances.
   (B)   The Lake Crystal Cemetery shall be self-supporting to the extent possible. No general funds of the city shall be used for operation of the Lake Crystal Cemetery, except by special resolution of the City Council.
