§ 31.058 DUTIES.

(A) The Cemetery Advisory Committee is established to act as an advisory body to the City Council on the operation, use and maintenance of the Lake Crystal Cemetery.

(B) The Cemetery Advisory Committee shall review and recommend to the City Council a yearly budget for the Lake Crystal Cemetery.

(C) The Cemetery Advisory Committee shall establish and maintain a five-year capital improvement program for the Lake Crystal Cemetery.
