The Cemetery Advisory Committee shall select from their members a Chairperson, Vice Chairperson and Secretary. The Chairperson shall preside at all meetings of the Cemetery Advisory Committee. The Vice Chairperson shall preside at meetings in the absence of the Chairperson. The Secretary shall maintain minutes of the committee meetings and draft written recommendations the Cemetery Advisory Committee votes to pass on to the City Council. Business of the Cemetery Advisory Committee shall be conducted by a quorum of no less than two Committee members, with simple majority vote of members present to decide all issues.
