§ 31.055 ESTABLISHMENT.
   (A)   A Cemetery Advisory Committee is hereby established consisting of three members who shall be appointed by the City Council and maybe removed by a four-fifths vote of the City Council.
   (B)   The terms of the members shall be staggered so that the term of one member shall expire on December 31 of each year.
