§ 31.036 ORGANIZATION, SEAL.

(A) The Commissioners of the Authority shall adopt bylaws to govern its administration. The bylaws will take effect only upon ratification by the City Council, which may amend or rescind them at any time.

(B) The Commissioners shall adopt an official seal for the Authority.
