§ 31.033 COMMISSIONER TERMS.
   (A)   The Commissioners of the Authority shall serve four year terms
   (B)   The terms of Commissioners shall end on December 31.
   (C)   The terms of Commissioners shall expire as follows:
      (1)   Two terms shall expire in the even-numbered year in which the President of the United States is elected.
      (2)   One term shall expire in the odd-numbered year after the year in which the President of the United States is elected.
      (3)   Two terms shall expire in the even-numbered year in which the Governor of Minnesota is elected.
      (4)   Two terms shall expire in the odd-numbered year after the year in which the Governor of Minnesota is elected.
