§ 31.032 AUTHORITY COMMISSIONERS.
   (A)   At least two of the Commissioners of the Authority shall be members of the City Council.
   (B)   When a member of the City Council who is also serving as a commissioner of the Authority ceases to be a member of the City Council, he or she shall also cease to be a Commissioner of the Authority.
