§ 31.004 EXCUSED ABSENCE.
   EXCUSED ABSENCE shall be defined as notifying city administrative offices of not being able to attend an upcoming board or commission meeting(s). Excused absence shall include absences related to an illness of the board member or commission member or immediate family. Excused absence shall also include a board member or commission member being absent due to service in a branch of the military forces of the United States.
