§ 30.03 REGULAR MUNICIPAL ELECTIONS.
   (A)   (1)   Regular municipal elections in the city shall be held at a location as set by resolution.
      (2)   Municipal elections shall be on the first Tuesday after the first Monday in November in every even-numbered year as set forth in M.S. § 205.07, Subd. 1, as it may be amended from time to time.
   (B)   The polls for regular municipal elections shall be open, as set by resolution.
